What is your favorite genre?

Soft alternative/pop

What types of songs are on your top 20 list?

I love songs that have meaning and leave an impact on the listener. I love listening to slow songs, with powerful choruses; ones that send chills down your spine. That’s why I love listening to Bon Iver, or Bastille. Their music is linear, it tells a beautiful story through unique styles of music.

How has your music tastes changed over the years?

I used to be a die-hard One Direction and Justin Bieber fan. Over the years, I noticed myself drifting towards slower, more meaningful songs. I have strayed away from the upbeat, popular artists, and aim towards more underground singer-songwriters.

Describe the best concert that you’ve ever been to:

By far Dan + Shay at the Ryman Auditorium. It was my first time visiting Nashville, and I listened to Dan + Shay before they became popular. So I can easily say it was a dream come true seeing Shay perform live “19 you + me.”

What do you listen to when you drive?

Bon Iver

What do you like to listen to when you study?

“Theory of Everything” soundtrack

What was the first concert you remember going to?

Mitchel Musso in Orlando, Florida

If you could meet any artist for coffee, who would it be and why?

Brett Eldredge, just because he’s the love of my life.

What upcoming album/new release/new band has you excited?

Bastille – “Doom Days” Album
