Ball State freshman Michelle Kaufman will never fail to bring a smile to your face. The journalism major from Greenwood, Indiana has a personality of gold, and she’s always looking for ways to share her happiness and encouragement with others.
“I love making people happy,” she said. “There’s nothing better than bringing smiles to other people’s faces.”
Kaufman works as a beat reporter for the Daily News, and she’s also been getting involved in Riley Dance Marathon. Although the transition to college wasn’t easy at first, Kaufman said meeting new people has had a big impact.
“God and people,” she said. “I have those two things and I’m good – I just want to be there for anyone that needs it.”
