“If you knew today was your last day on earth, would you tell anyone?”

If it were the final curtain call, the end of this journey, would you reveal your deepest truths, unburden your soul’s heavy aches to those around you? Would you shout it to the skies or keep it locked within, a secret clutched close to your heart?

Would you tell anyone if today were the last day? Share your hidden treasures, the whispers of your soul, with those who walk this earth beside you? Or would you keep it wrapped in silence, a secret destined to fade with you into the heavens?

I wonder if they’d understand, if they’d listen and embrace the essence of your being as you unravel your innermost thoughts. Or would it be lost in the chaos of this fast-paced world, dismissed like the passing of another day?

You might seek comfort in the familiar, the warmth of your secrets wrapped in the silence, knowing they’re yours and yours alone. But then again, what if this silence robs you of the chance to be truly seen, to leave behind a part of you that’s more than just a memory?

Would you dare to break the chains of reservation, shatter the walls you’ve carefully built around your vulnerability, and let your truth into the open air? Or would you choose to depart silently, carrying the symphony of your untold stories with you into the great beyond?

If it were my final day, I wonder which path I’d choose—wouldn’t you?

I am such a simple person. everyday I wake up, think "no thanks" and then go right back to sleep.
