Hitting the bars and fraternities hard on Friday nights can make waking up on Saturday morning a little rough, especially considering the need to rally and do it all over again at noon. We all know the go to combination of Advil and Gatorade, but is there something else that can be done to crush that nasty hangover? Yes, there is! Check out our tips to make the morning after a night of hard partying a little more pleasant.

Exercise! Shockingly enough, heading out for a mile run or pumping some iron at they gym clears out your body and refuels you for the day. For the first few minutes you may feel like the only exercise you’ll running to the bathroom to hug the toliet, but once you get into a rhythm you will feel great and realize that the day won’t be so bad.

Wasabi Bath. Considering that one-third of your body’s toxins are removed through your pores, a soak in a steaming hot bath can speed up the process. Adding a scoop of Wasabi powder can speed up the process and make you feel refreshed and ready for the jumping a cheering ahead of you.

Apple Cider Vinegar. Yeah we know, it sounds nasty. And to be honest it is not the most pleasant to drink, but adding a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to a glass of water can cure a hangover faster than you would think. Just plug your nose and gulp. Just like you did with those tequila shots last night, right??

“Hair of the Dog.” They say nothing cures a serious hangover quite like drinking more alcohol. It’s game day and you’re just going to start drinking again in a few hours anyway, so why not start a little early and feel great all day long! Wake up and chug a beer or have mimosas with your roommates while getting dressed. Your Sunday morning may be a bit rougher but that’s why we are giving you these tips, duhh.
