Spring break is approaching fast! To help shed some pounds this little trick will get rid of water weight and bloating super fast!

 

You will need:

 

1 lemon (or lemon juice)

1 coffee mug

1 cup of water

 

As soon as you wake up heat a cup of water in the microwave and squeeze a lemon in it. Chug down the whole thing! It is very important to drink the whole thing and do so the very first thing in the morning! This will cleanse out your system and you will no longer have that little “pooch” around your tummy!
