Love to hate it, hate to love it? Oversized sweaters are a thing. A huge thing. The trend is growing far and wide across college campuses all over the place – but is this fashion trend a comfort “do” or fashion “don’t”? Are we, as women, compromising fashion for comfort too often? The best thing to do is listen to the campus consensus; it can almost widely be agreed that wearing pants on campus is a societal must-have. So, why are we wearing tanks and sweaters with shorts? Ladies, please wear pants, and look like you are wearing pants. Oversized sweaters are absolutely a comfy wardrobe staple as long as you wear them correctly. Make Spring the semester to boycott the rising no-pants trend and bring back the leggings and skinnies under our oversized attire.

You thought correctly – let’s advocate Victoria’s Secret sweatshirts! These are the ultimate in classroom comfort fashion, and they are a staple for every collegeitte closet. Victoria’s Secret offers a wide selection of collegiate wear for colleges across the SEC Nation. One of my personal favorites includes the Arkansas spirit jerseys that you can find online – pair them with skinnies and a cute pair of boots and you have an outfit made in heaven. Need I say more? No matter how comfortable you want to be, do not give in. A comfortable alternative are Spanx jeans, which are much thicker and have a denim feel and appearance, but the flexibility of leggings.
