Not much can survive an Arizona August, but nonetheless student life has returned to the U of A. At the bookstore hard earned cash is forked over for books that will never be read. Students crossing the mall work up a sweat and others recline under umbrellas for lunch at the SUMC. The air is filled high-pitched screeches of “Oh my god! I’ve missed you so much” and “How was your summer, girl?” from suntanned girls. Guys simply tap knuckles and reform basketball teams at the Rec. Year 2011/2012 is well underway and the Wildcats are back in town!
