Last night gave SNL some good material for Saturday night. Here’s a look at some of the best moments from the second presidential debate:
When Anderson Cooper made Trump explain himself:
“You brag that you have sexually assaulted women. Do you understand that?” Cooper asked Trump.
Trump then rambled off something about locker room talk, then changed the subject to ISIS. Though Cooper tried to get Trump back on track, we’re still not really sure what Trump’s answer was, if there even was one.
Also, Anderson Cooper keeping the candidates in check:
We got some major dad vibes from Anderson Cooper: “Allow her to respond.” When Trump interrupted, Cooper reiterated, “Please allow her to respond. She didn’t interrupt you.” And then during Clinton’s answer on her private email server: “Allow her to respond please,” Cooper said. “Please allow her to respond. She didn’t talk when you talked.”
Doesn’t he sound like your dad when trying to referee you and your sibling’s fights?
Trump agreeing with Clinton (yes, you read that right):
“I actually agree with that. And I agree with everything she said.”
Clinton addressing the Trump tape:
“We have seen him insult women. We’ve seen him rate women. On their appearance. Ranking them from one to ten. We’ve seen him embarrass women on TV and on Twitter. We saw him after the first debate spend nearly a week denigrating a former miss universe in the harshest, most personal terms, so, yes, this is who Donald Trump is.”
Michelle Obama reference:
Clinton: When I hear something like that, I am reminded of what my friend, Michelle Obama, advised us all: “When they go low, you go high.”
“OK DONALD…” moment:
Trump: Get off this question.
Clinton: OK, Donald. I know you’re into big diversion tonight, anything to avoid talking about your campaign and the way it’s exploding and the way Republicans are leaving you.
Trouble in paradise? Or should we say Pence-adise?
Trump, confronted with his running mate Mike Pence’s comments on military strategy: He and I haven’t spoken and I disagree.
Pence later tweeted congrats to Trump after the debate so they’re all good now.

Trump’s lurking vent viral as he awkwardly creeped behind Clinton when she was answering a question. Have you heard of personal space, Donald?

And the real winner last night: Kenneth Bone!
We’re in LOVE! Before the end of the night, Kenneth Bone won the Internet. There are Twitter and Facebook fan pages, a “Welcome to the Bone Zone” t-shirt, a Halloween costume idea, and a petition to replace Trump on the GOP ticket.
As if he couldn’t get any cuter, Kenneth Bone was spotted after the debate shaking hands with Bill Clinton and snapping photos of the stage — on a disposable camera (awe!). Loved his red sweater? Bone was actually going to wear something different but a wardrobe malfunction caused him to change is outfit last minute.
