Here at Her Campus, we are super fans of bucket lists. We love coming up with experiences – and then going out and doing them! Below are some of the things on our list to do before the end of the semester!
1. Go for a run around campus.
Warm weather means it’s the perfect time to go out and get some fresh air, plus shave off a few pounds of that hibernation-body. Plan a nice run around all of the beautiful areas on your campus and don’t forget to take pictures of all the spring flowers!
2. Spend a lazy day lounging in the sun.
With our busy lives, it’s hard to remember to take some time to relax. A day spent reading in the sun (or in the shade of a tree) is the perfect antidote to a stressful week. Catch up on those summer rays before your job or internship – you deserve it!
3. Try a beauty product outside of your comfort zone.
Come on, we all see pictures of bold but doable makeup in magazines. Before the semester ends, dare yourself to try a radically different eyeliner look or a bright shade of fuchsia lipstick. Life is full of opportunities to be outside of the box, so take a chance! You never know, you may find yourself with a new favorite eye shadow color…
4. Plan your life.
Take a little time one day to just sit down and think about what you want to do with your life, no holds barred. Whatever your pie-in-the-sky dream is, write it down. Then do a little research to see how others got there. Dreams unplanned will usually go unrealized. You hold your future in your own hands – go get ‘em, tiger!
5. Suspend your disbelief.
Everyone should go to a fortune teller, a palm reader, or an astrologer at least once in their life for the experience. Make it your goal to go before the end of the semester! Allow yourself to believe, even for a few moments, that your future greatness is written in the stars…
