1. Blueberries

In animal science research, blueberries have proven to reduce stress and effects of old age diseases such as Alzheimers and dementia. 

2.   Salmon

Salmon is rich in Omega-3 which helps to improve brain function.

Nuts are packed with vitamins, protein, minerals and healthy fats which are all good for heart health and brain function over time.

4.    Avocados

Avocados are second to blueberries when it comes to improving brain function and healthy blood flow through the brain with its healthy elements like anti-imflammatory nutrients, healthy fats and omega-3 fatty acids.

5.   Whole Grains

Whole grains reduce chances of heart disease, increase blood flow in the brain, and are a great alternative to white bleached flower which even sounds unhealthy.
