It is important to remember why you are exercising. Whether it is to stay in shape, loose weight or just feel better about yourself, don’t forget that! If you need inspiration to stay motivated, try these things to achieve your goals.

Switch Things Up

Tired of the same old routine? Instead of running, try biking! Instead of biceps, do some leg presses. In order to keep yourself motivated, keep things new and interesting! 

Try A New Sport

Although the fields may be covered in frost and snow, that is perfect weather on the hills! Grab those skiis or that gently-used snowboard and hit the slopes. 

Grab A Buddy

Have a friend that is dying to get in shape? Take her on a run with you! A running partner may be the exact thing you need to get out of your winter funk!
