What is something that most people don’t know about you? I won the Principals Award my senior year in high school.
What song is stuck in your head at this moment? Kenny Chesney’s new single “Pirate Flag”
What qualities do you look for in a girl? I look mainly for a girl who is committed to her faith in God, one who has a sense of humor, and someone I could talk to about anything.
What do you see yourself doing in 10 years? I see myself working as a sports anchor on TV in a good market with an awesome family.
What do you love the most about The University of Alabama? I love a lot of things about Alabama but I would probably say the people. Everyone down here is very friendly for the most part. When I first visited campus I was blown away by how personable everyone was and how much they wanted me to come to Bama.
Describe your ideal date: It would be a nice dinner at a fancy restaurant followed by a walk somewhere by a river or lake and then a movie.
If you could go on a date with any celebrity, who would it be and why? I would say Carrie Underwood. She seems really down to earth and I’ve always had a thing for her ever since she was on American Idol.
What is something about girls you wish you understood? Why girls will sometimes settle for guys instead of waiting for a guy they truly deserve.
If you could bring three things on a desert island, what would they be? Bible, endless supply of food, and a book on how to get off a desert island

Jessica Johnson is a senior at The University of Alabama double majoring in English Studies and Communication Studies while minoring in Creative Writing. Avid reader, writer and one-man band, Jessica is always working on a project of some sort. After spending summer 2011 interning with Atlanta's Q100 morning radio show (and waking up at 3:30am to dress for work) she has a new respect for early birds. When not playing with her three rescued mutts, you'll find her at Gallettes sippin' on a Yellow Hammer screaming ROLL TIDE ROLL!!
