Q: What year are you in and what is your major?

A: I’m in my sophomore year and my major is anthropology. I get this question a lot…what is anthropology?  Anthropology is bascially the study of human behavior. People confuse it a lot with archaeology but that’s a whole different major and study. I’m aiming towards becoming a consultant/manager for a big retail company.

Q: Where are you from? Where do you live?

A: I am from Guiana, South America. I currently live in Franklin Square.

Q: What activites or hobbies do you participate in?

A: I can dance, I can sing, I can play the flute, and I used to model last year. And I can also draw!

Q: Where do you work? And can you tell us about your modeling job last year!

A: I havent been modeling a lot recently but the modeling I did do involved fashion shows and runway walks. I also had a photoshoot with a well known photography to build up my porfolio and in the future, I will be getting back into the modeling career. Right now, I work in retails at Century 21 in Westbury.

Q: What’s your favorite part of campus?

A: My favorite part of campus is the UC because that’s where the food is!

Q: What’s your idea of a perfect date?

A: My idea of a perfect date would be in Paris, France. My date and I would float down a river and listen to music.

Q: Who is your favorite actor or actress?

A: Emma Stone because I love her personality.

Hi I'm Liz!! I'm currently a sophomore at Adelphi University and I study communications. I strive to become a journalist or a news reporter someday. Besides being a contributor for HerCampus and studying communications, I have a passion for martial arts and criminal justice. I also love babysitting so I obviously love kids and something I may also do is become a teacher. One fun fact about me is that  I have been studying Ju Jitsu for the past 12 or 13 years and I am currently a second degree brown belt.
