This Senior Class Took Their ID Photos Dressed Up As Pop Culture Icons & The Results Are Hilarious

Who needs a senior prank or ditch day when you could literally have the coolest senior class tradition ever? While most high school seniors think of picture day as their chance to take an A-plus photo for their school ID, seniors at North Farmington High School took their ID pictures to a whole other level.

Seniors at North Farmington High School in Michigan are gaining lots of attention on Twitter for their epic school ID photos, in which they dressed as pop culture icons and memes. According to Hello Giggles, last year’s senior class’ ID photos went viral on social media. But this year, the class of 2019 decided to up their game to top the class of 2018, and boy did they sure deliver.

The NFHS seniors’ ID photo costumes range from movies to television shows to celebrities and memes, and honestly, these school ID photos are the GOAT.

The tradition began a few years ago, but senior Erin Sawyer says that the seriously cool tradition just keeps growing bigger.

“The idea behind it is that the way our yearbook works is that everyone submits their own senior portraits,” Erin told POPSUGAR. “Therefore, the ID pictures are only on the IDs. The first class of seniors [that did it] took this as an opportunity to have some fun with their pictures! Now, I think some people wish the ID photos could be their yearbook photos!”

Tagged #NFID2019 on Twitter, the school ID photos are all must-sees.

Our newest Netflix obsession, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, made this year’s school ID photos.

I hope there’s a Peter Kavinsky out there!

10 million points to Gryffindor for this ID photo.

There were also some major icons repped on picture day.

And these iconic memes came to life in these school ID photos.

We give NFHS class of 2019 major props for their school ID photos. Good luck, class of 2020, because they raised the bar pretty high.
