The last few weeks have been some of the most challenging times our generation — and the world — has faced. I had the opportunity to take a BTS look at the filming of “I’ve Got This,” the latest national campaign from Plan B, and felt all of the feels by their commitment to educate and encourage women to feel empowered when making decisions about their reproductive health (video below!).
The video opens with a voice-over by director Nisha Ganatra, a Golden Globe-winning and Emmy-nominated director, writer and producer, discussing the male-dominated film industry. “As much as we don’t feel being a woman has held us back in our careers, it’s rare to be in a room where women are calling the shots,” she says.
With the goal of providing women with the information they need so they can feel confident if their “Plan A” doesn’t work out, Plan B built an incredible female-led video team to capture and share important facts in the most authentic way. From the cast to the director and camera crew, these women worked together to bring the “I’ve Got This” sentiment to life.
