A Definitive Ranking of Terrible Dates From ‘The Bachelorette’

As every Bachelorette episode goes, there are a few really steamy dates, some awkward one-on-ones and a group date that goes horribly wrong at some point. Well, last night’s episode of The Bachelorette was no exception. But this time, the show just happened to have more bad dates than good ones. This episode was so jam-packed with awkward moments that you could literally feel the tension through the TV screen. Here is a definitive ranking of all the terrible dates from last night.

3. Jordan and JoJo

Okay, looking at the big picture, this date wasn’t that terrible, but they literally drank feet wine. Like wine that had feet germs in it. We don’t know if that’s something Jordan and JoJo are into, but that was so disgusting to watch. Like cringe-worthy. Of course, there was a hot tub scene and a romantic date, but did you see JoJo’s face when she found out Aaron Rogers isn’t going to be making an appearance during Jordan’s hometown date? Can you say awkward…

At this point, it is extremely obvious that Jordan is the frontrunner, so the date was just a tad bit boring. There was nothing new or exciting, and although we got to hear more about Jordan’s home life, it was so dull it made us want to drink feet wine.

2. Robby, Chase, James and JoJo

To be fair, any date where you get to stuff your face with french fries and pizza is a win, but everything besides that was so bad. James was making jokes the whole time about Robby (tbh, we all know they are true). There’s just something icky about Robby. Maybe he’s been drinking feet wine too? Sorry, one last thing—who the heck is Chase?! And why is he still here?! We think he’s the one from that awkward yoga date, but at this point, all the boys look alike and Jordan might as well put a ring on JoJo’s finger.

1. Alex and JoJo

You already knew this was coming. But none of us could have imagined Alex’s date was going to be THAT bad. First off, Alex looked absolutely horrendous in his gaucho outfit. Like, of course, JoJo was not going to take him seriously. And then they watched a very intimate moment between a horse and a man, and we think they both were actually digging it. They then proceeded to make out while laying on said horse. And that’s not even the worst of it. Alex probably already knew the date was not going well. So it was in that moment that he decided to say I LOVE YOU. JoJo’s face was a sure sign that Alex was about to get knocked off his high horse and sent on down the road.

As you may have noticed, there is one date from the episode that we did not rank as terrible—that’s strictly because Luke is super hot. And it was kind of a normal date and nothing weird happened. But still, have you seen Luke? Let’s hope that hometowns are better because at this point, none of these men is really perfect for JoJo (aka they are all pretty much terrible).
