Andi Dorfman Shares Her Advice for Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher

JoJo Fletcher kicks off her journey to find love in tonight’s season premiere of The Bachelorette. So who better to give her some advice than a woman who has been through the process herself and gained plenty of insight (enough to write a book about!) along the way? During our sit-down with former Bachelorette Andi Dorfman, we asked if she has any words of wisdom to share with JoJo.

While she revealed that she did speak with JoJo before filming for her season began, she also gave us the inside track on what the new Bachelorette should keep in mind as she embarks on this life-altering experience. But her tips might be easier said than done.

“I think just to have fun. It’s very easy to get wrapped up in all the logistics and being tired and some of the drama that goes on, especially as the lead. I mean, you’re going on a date every single day, you’re worried about the guys’ feelings, you’re worried about traveling—you know, so much stuff that you kind of forget that you are really [having] this once-in-a-lifetime experience where you’re traveling the world, and you’re never going to see the world and do the things that you’ve gotten to do or are doing ever again. As much as you can, try and take a moment and realize that it’s really, really fun.”

See? It’s not all about the drama. We hope that JoJo was able to heed Andi’s advice while searching for Mr. Right. Either way, we know we are in for a season of fun watching it all play out.
