It’s probably safe to say that Yara Shahidi is one of the most well-dressed and well-spoken young women in Hollywood today. (The Grown-ish is attending Harvard University and an outspoken activist). But how did she become such a strong and inspiring woman? She got it from her mama!
On Monday, Yara and her mom Keri Shahidi appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and proved just how alike they are while playing a round of the “Mother Daughter Challenge.” As Jimmy Fallon read a question, the two would both secretly write down their answers and then revealed them to the audience. Not surprisingly, the pair did a really good job getting them right.

Both Yara and Keri got them right without even breaking a sweat. “We spend a lot of time together,” Keri explained.
