Sorry I haven’t posted as often these last couple of days..I’ve been sick! But in spirit of Halloween I wanted to share with you some tips on getting a quick and fun workout during your night of fright :)
Tip 1: When Trick-or-Treating, walk around the neighborhood a few times in search of the best candy- exercise your legs and have fun with friends. Enjoy your candy when you get home but only indulge in a few that way you have some for the whole week ;)
Tip 2: If you’re going to a party, bring along a fun music playlist to get everyone in the dancing mood! Last night my friends and I threw a party and we spent half an hour getting our groove on- what a great workout!
Tip 3: If you’re spending time with the kids, incorporate some fun games into the mix to get your bodies moving! Yesterday afternoon was my neighborhood’s annual Fall Festival which was filled with a bunch of fun games such as an orange toss, some sports, relays and more- it was awesome!
Tip 4: Just have fun and get moving :)
