Bachelor fans, have you ever wondered what happens to the stunning engagement rings for all the couples that didn’t last? In a recent interview, host Chris Harrison set the record straight on what really happens to that pricey bling after a breakup.
“They’re on a necklace and I’ll wear it around sometimes. I have, like, 20 different engagement rings,” he said.
We did believe him for a second. But in all seriousness, Harrison confirmed that the rings actually do get returned to Neil Lane as part of the show’s contract. “After a certain number of years you get the keep the ring anyway, but if it’s months, then—you know, it’s a 10 or 15 or 20 thousand dollar ring, it comes back.”
Let’s hope Ben and Lauren won’t end up returning their engagement ring anytime soon.
