I went to this club called Czar last night and it was so much fun! We danced for about two hours and the calories were burning like crazy!
You can go with your boyfriend or a group of friends, my only rule is that you have a blast! Find out if there are any new clubs opening up around you and check them out. Seeing as Halloween is around the corner, most clubs will be putting out all stops to join in on the scary theme.
Dancing as an aerobic workout can burn a bunch of calories and I love it because it never feels like a workout to me!
