Selena Gomez Spent The 4th Of July At Disneyland With ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ Co-Star David Henrie & OMG

Selena Gomez may have said “everything is not what it seems” once upon a time, but it seems to me a Wizards of Waverly Place reunion went down at Disneyland on the 4th of July. Though I’m a little offended I wasn’t invited to said reunion, I’m glad there were at least some photos to show for it.

The “Back to You” singer met up with her former co-star and friend, David Henrie, at Disneyland for “brudder and sissy” time, making the situation that much more precious for my pre-teen heart. Gomez documented the day in a series of Instagram posts with various sweet captions, including “family vacation vibes.” This is all too much.

What I wouldn’t give for a reboot of Wizards, honestly. I don’t want to get my hopes up, considering Gomez made it sound like it wasn’t going to happen just last year.

“I don’t know… But it was fun,” she said on The Zach Sang Show about a revival. “I didn’t think it was going to be that big of a deal when me and David [Henrie], my older brother on the show, were talking about it. But I understand. I’m so proud of that. It was so fun, and it was so funny. We were having dinner and talking about it hypothetically, where we would be, but we’re all older. David’s married now so we’re in such different places in our lives.”

Ugh, well at least we have these photos and their friendship to live vicariously through.

You'll usually find her at a concert or cafe somewhere, which is where she spends majority of her free-time. Talking to band members after their shows is a hobby, along with thrifting & indulging in all aspects of pop culture. After college, she plans to spend more time at concerts, getting paid to write about music and bands.
