Swifties Might Be Entering Their ‘Reputation’ Era Sooner Than They Think, Thanks To This Theory

Reputation girlies, please stand up, it might be your time to shine soon. We’ve all noticed the variety of hints from Taylor about Reputation (TV), and I think I speak for everyone when I say we’ve waited long enough.

1989 (TV) just dropped on Oct. 27, so some might think that it’s too soon for Reputation (TV) to drop in November, but the theories say otherwise. There have been speculations that Taylor might make the Reputation (TV) announcement on  Nov. 9. The theory comes primarily from TikTok, so if you haven’t seen it here’s the catch-up.

The theory started with @alyysue on Instagram, when she cited different Taylor tweets using the word chaos. The reason for the chaos? Well, Nov. 9 is apparently Chaos Never Dies Day, and we all know Reputation was definitely a chaotic era, so the theory might not be far off.

In case you’ve forgotten, Taylor has said Reputation was inspired by “Game of Thrones,” USA Today reported. However, how could you forget the infamous phone call between Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift, and Kanye West when Kim Kardashian accused her of being a snake? And remember how the snake became Taylor’s literal mascot for Reputation? Chaotic indeed.

Alyysue also pointed toward a lyric in “Glitch, specifically when Taylor sings “It’s been 2,190 days of our love blackout.” One TikToker, @thefolkloretheorist, did an in-depth analysis of the theory and thinks that, although we’ve seen references from Glitch before, we all know that Taylor completely blacked out her Instagram during the Reputation era. It’s also been 2,190 days since Reputation was released, another nodd toward the lyric.

The TikTok theory also discusses the possible Reputation (TV) release date, pointing toward the font of the 1989 (TV) album cover. The way “version” is written looks like the “s” is a snake, and that it says 10N, which would mean a Nov. 10 release date. If you’re wondering why it would be the date in front of the month, there’s an answer for that too.

Taylor is currently looking at her international tour, and dates are commonly written as the date before the month (as opposed to the month before the date) in other countries. I know it may seem like a bit of a stretch, but the Reputation girlies are basically living off crumbs right now, we’ll take what we can get. We’re all manifesting that announcement any minute now.
