I’m not ashamed to say it: Following celebrities and their adventures can be pretty amusing sometimes. Whether it’s reading about how Vanessa and Nick Lachey made a career off of relationship drama, analyzing the “Julia Fox effect,” or figuring out what on earth is happening with the Love Is Blind octagon, there’s always something exciting happening in Hollywood, am I right? Why sit at home bored when you could read a full-on explanation about who the heck Zack Bia is, or why the Met Gala suddenly dropped Gen Z? While I try not to indulge too much, keeping up with celebrity drama will always be an entertaining pastime.

During one of my recent deep dives into the fascinating lives of famous people, I noticed a particular string of (male) celebrities who mysteriously manage to pop up everywhere, all the time, and without fail. From finagling their way into exclusive parties with Hollywood elites and achieving overnight social media fame to building successful careers in tech, sports, and more, it’s clear that some dudes simply don’t rest. Whether you love them, can’t stand them, or don’t know who they are, here’s a specific list of guys that keep showing up places.

Zack Bia

If there’s anyone who has managed to show up literally everywhere, it’s Zack Bia, the 25-year-old New York native, occasional DJ, and accidental socialite who appears to be connected to every famous person, ever. If you haven’t heard of Bia, don’t worry, most people haven’t – his name is apparently one of the most frequently searched on Google, and his rise to fame remains a mystery for many. From partying with Kaia Gerber and dating Madison Beer to apparently becoming Drake’s confidante, nobody understands why (or how) Bia keeps showing up places.

Pete Davidson

He flexes his comedy skills on Saturday Night Live, landed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, randomly hosted a New Year’s Eve show in Miami with Miley Cyrus, had a highly publicized relationship with Ariana Grande, and now is dating the uber-famous Kim K. It’s clear that the King of Staten Island is everywhere, and he isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Whether you’re a fan of Davidson’s acting, bad-boy vibes, or you’re generally fascinated by his quirky yet endearing essence, there’s just something about Pete Davidson. He’s here to stay, and honestly, I’m cool with it.

Mod Sun

Chances are, you recently saw this man’s name pop up in the news after he reportedly got engaged to the O.G. punk princess Avril Lavigne. At this point, I have two major questions: Who in the world is Mod Sun, and does he even skate? In case you’re unfamiliar, Mod Sun (AKA Derek Ryan Smith) is a singer, instrumentalist, and rapper. Apart from releasing a ton of music throughout his career, Mod Sun was also formerly in a polyamorous relationship with internet personality Tana Mongeau and actress Bella Thorne (its aftermath appeared to spark sheer chaos and drama). Alas, Mod Sun’s new engagement has reminded us that he has, indeed, returned to the entertainment world.

The Paul Brothers

Will Jake and Logan Paul ever stop appearing everywhere? IMHO, the answer is no. They first entered the pop culture zeitgeist by making prank videos on Vine (RIP) before taking their talents to YouTube and Instagram; however, their controversial careers have been riddled with scandals and legal issues ever since. Apart from being internet sensations, the siblings are now pursuing careers as professional boxers and the truth is, I can no longer keep up with their antics. Regardless of how you feel about the bros, it looks like they’re continuing to show up everywhere, all the time.

Jack Harlow

Kentucky-born rapper Jack Harlow is all over the internet these days, and TBH, I’m not mad about it. From his flirtatious moments with fans to chemistry-filled interviews that make everyone wonder how, exactly, he’s so attractive, the internet’s collective thirst for Jack Harlow is at an all-time high. Apparently, the man will be making his acting debut in an upcoming reboot of the 1992 sports comedy White Men Can’t Jump, and the mayor of Louisville, Kentucky even declared December 18 “Jack Harlow Day.” Personally, I will be celebrating this year. Harlow, please keep showing up places.

Bryce Hall

Similar to the Paul brothers, Bryce Hall started his career on Vine and quickly gained a mass following, which led him to create and grow his YouTube channel, which has over 3 million subscribers. The 22-year-old also has over 20 million followers on TikTok, famously dated fellow TikToker Addison Rae, and — like many social media stars — has been involved in a variety of controversies over the past few years. While it would take days to recap his rise to fame and constant reappearances, given how things are going, I think “showing up everywhere” is in his future.

Elon Musk

At this point, it’s an understatement to say that Elon Musk is everywhere, all the time. The South African-born engineer, inventor, investor, entrepreneur, creator of Tesla and SpaceX — and now, potential Twitter buyer — has a hand in literally every industry and conversation. As if being the richest man in the world wasn’t enough, a quick glance at the timeline of his life is further proof that the man is on a mission to take over the planet. Apparently, the man doesn’t believe in taking vacations, but maybe he should…?

Ben Affleck

Many Hollywood stars are obviously destined to be in the spotlight, but some celebs have a way of never, ever leaving it. Ben Affleck, for example, shows up everywhere. In addition to his well-known acting career, he’s managed to visit the White House, write a story about condoms, star in a Burger King commercial, and even share a bank account with Matt Damon. Plus, he has dated and been married to high-profile stars like Gwenyth Paltrow, Jennifer Garner, Ana de Armas, and of course, Jennifer Lopez, to whom he just got engaged (again). May we not forget that random story from when he emerged on a dating app and got ghosted. Affleck isn’t going anywhere. I rest my case.

Honorable mentions include actor, entrepreneur, former pro wrestler, and TikTok trend-starter Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, the iconic Billy Ray Cyrus who managed to collab with Lil Nas X, and various other dudes who have a knack for constantly reappearing in show biz and beyond. Let it be known that the above list is all in good fun; there’s simply something intriguing about dudes who pop up everywhere, all the time. Of course, there are many guys who we sincerely hope will keep showing up places, like Harry Styles, Timothée Chalamet, Tom Holland, and many more. As for the rest, I wonder where they’ll make an appearance next.
