By this point in the summer, you’re probably a couple of weeks into your job or internship and starting to feel like a mature, competent adult. But, tonight, it’s time to go all the way back to high school with the summer premiere of everyone’s guiltiest pleasure, Pretty Little Liars!
The Liars are back and better than ever, teaming up with the formerly-backstabbing Mona to finally expose A, or at least the mysterious woman in the red coat. Who knows what’s in store?
In case you’ve forgotten any of the most suspenseful moments of that last episode, here’s a quick recap. A fire (presumably started by A) nearly turned our favorite liars into kindling, but they were rescued by a girl Mona claims was Ali. Toby also survived, but was left with a lighter—a mysterious and damning gift left by the true culprit. The episode ended with the girls (now including Mona) receiving yet another threatening text from “A” and leaving us with the image of their horrified faces as they opened the trunk of their car to expose the next deadly secret.
This season is sure bring new lies, more gorgeous clothes, and hopefully some more shots of Keegan Allen’s abs, so this is one summer indulgence you won’t want to miss! New episodes kick off tonight, June 11, at 8/7c, only on ABC Family!
