One Tree Hill fans were in for the cutest surprise this weekend. Bethany Joy Lenz and James Lafferty, who starred as Haley James Scott and Nathan Scott, reunited at the second annual Eyecon One Tree Hill convention and posted a selfie together, reassuring fans that Naley is alive and well.
Lenz and Lafferty’s characters Haley and Nathan were just a pair of teens who got married in high school, but their ability to overcome obstacles to maintain their stable, loving relationship made them one the most beloved couples in TV history. Since OTH ended in 2012, Naley shippers have been wondering how the high school sweethearts were doing. To put fans at ease, Lenz posted this sweet pic with Lafferty on her Instagram account, captioning it, “As per your request!” with the hashtags “#hubby” and “#alwaysandforever.”
Continuing the nostalgia-fest, Lafferty shared a photo of himself and little Jamie Scott, who is not so little anymore. Seems this cast knows all too well—there’s only one Tree Hill, and it’s your home.
