Khloe Kardashian Says ‘Life Is Short’ & We Should Prioritize ‘Our Own Happiness’ & She’s Absolutely Right

Khloe Kardashian’s has had one hell of a month. She gave birth to an adorable baby girl named True on April 12 (True already has her own Instagram account, btw), but all anyone can seem to talk about are those videos that surfaced of True’s father, basketball player Tristan Thompson, cheating on Khloe during her pregnancy.

Now Khloe, who is currently living with Thompson in Cleveland, has decided to take some time to journal and share a few words of wisdom.

“I genuinely wish for all of my siblings that they find everlasting happiness in all that they do! Life is short, and at times, we put so many others before us, but one of our priorities should be our own happiness,” she wrote in her app. “Once you have that, it trickles down to everyone around us. I sincerely wish happiness and peace to my sisters and brother.”

I’m sure it’s difficult to be able to make decisions for yourself when you live the lifestyle of a Kardashian and your life has been displayed entirely in the public eye for the past 10 years. It’s especially hard when fans and commentators are constantly leveraging their own opinions about what you should do in your personal life. We as a society haven’t treated the Kardashians like people for a long time.

When you closely follow a celebrity, or anybody, it can be easy to think that you know what’s best in their life and know what decisions are best for them. However, only they truly know what’s going to make them happy.

Khloe, stay private for as long as you need to. I hope you take your own advice and put your own happiness first.
