Bumble Kicks Off a Pro-Trump Activist Who Denies He Ever Used the App
Bumble banned pro-Trump activist Jack Posobiec for violating the dating app’s “values”, BuzzFeed News say. After a woman tweeted screenshots of Posobiec’s account and called him a “white nationalist,” Bumble responded to her message by saying that Posobiec’s account had been removed. “Bumble was founded on the core values of kindness, respect, integrity and equality, and we do not tolerate anyone who does not uphold these values on our platform,” the app said on its official Twitter account said.
Posobiec, a known conservative media personality, was married in November 2017 and claims that he has never had a Bumble account, despite the company’s confirmation that his account was linked to Posobiec’s real Facebook. Posobiec later announced that he was working with the FBI on a case of “fraudulent accounts” using his identity online.
I am filing an identify theft report with the FBI over fraudulant accounts made of me online
The criminals behind this will not get away with it, they will be found, and they will be brought to swift, exacting justice.
This criminal fraud stops now
