What are the best gel inserts to put in my shoes so they don’t hurt?
As cliché as this sounds…Dr Scholls does make the best products when it comes to aching feet! I recently discovered Dr. Scholls For Her High Heel Insoles. These gell inserts not only help prevent blisters from forming on the bottom of my feet, but also help reduce the pressure to the ball and heel of my foot when wearing high heels (and do not crowd my toes!).
I also cannot recommend enough Compeed Blister Plasters. These not only help heal existing blisters, but also can be used as an extra skin protector in areas where you know blisters may form. They wont fall off like most other blister bandages; they even stay on in the shower (they will fall off on their own, after a few days). These are a lifesaver when it comes to suffering for the sake of beautiful shoes!
