You don’t hear much about him in the tabloids, but you’ll recognize his famous last name immediately. Marston Hefner has been arrested after allegedly attacking his girlfriend, playmate Claire Sinclair.
Sinclair told police on Sunday night that Hefner punched and kicked her, and refused to let her leave their home in California. He was let out on $20,000 bail, and told authorities that he and Sinclair had gotten into a fight but maintained he did not hit her. According to TMZ, Sinclair had bruises and red marks on her body.
Sinclair, who was the 2011 Playmate of the Year, is aking for a public apology and for Hefner to seek psychiatric help. “All I want is for Marston to give a public apology and I want him to get psychiatric help. I want him to admit that he did hit me more than once,” she said. “If he can do all of that and get help, I will never press charges. That’s all that I want at this point. Playboy let me know this afternoon that he will be doing this, so I just hope they stick to their word.”
And what does Hugh Hefner think about all this? “If they care about each other, they’ll patch it up,” he said.
