‘Dancing With The Stars’ Contestants Announced!

Dancing With the Stars should be a staple of your pop culture intake — not just because the dancing and drama are fabulous (which they are), but its Monday 8:00 pm timeslot makes it the perfect way to relax after the most stressful day of the week. Good Morning America announced the first eleven contestants for the 16th season today:

Women:

Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman and Mark Ballas

Country singer Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough

Country singer Wynonna Judd and Tony Dovolani

Disney Channel star Zendaya Coleman and Valentin Chmerkovskiy

Olympic figure skater Dorothy Hamill and Tristan MacManus

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules star Lisa Vanderpump and Gleb Savchenko

Men:

Boxer Victor Ortiz and Lindsay Arnold

Actor/comedian D.L. Hughley and Cheryl Burke

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones and Karina Smirnoff

Comedian Andy Dick and Sharna Burgess

Actor Ingo Rademacher and Kym Johnson

The twelfth contestant will be a surprise — watch the premiere to find out who it will be!

Given that Aly Raisman has three Olympic medals to her name — including one for her jaw-dropping, gold medal performance on floor, we’d say she’s a safe bet to win the the competition. (Not to mention that Aly loves Her Campus… check out our exclusive interview here!)

But when it comes to dialing up the drama, all eyes will be on reality diva Lisa Vanderpump. Sure, she can dish out gossip, but can she dance?

The action begins Monday, March 18 at 8 pm on ABC.
