Dinosaur Hunters Thought Up A ‘Jurassic World’ Dino Detection System Because Life Uh Finds a Way

Have you ever considered what you might do in case of a dinosaur attack? Or at least how you could be warned whether dinosaurs are in your range? ThinkGeek has created something that really has our backs: the Jurassic World Dinosaur Detection System

The Jurassic World Dinosaur Detection System will protect you from being surprised by a killer tyrannosaurus rex. The product comes with a high-level detection key that allows you to know just how close you are to a T-Rex attacking you. Beginning with a Ripple Level 1 (which means the area is secure) and ending in a Ripple Level 4 (which means you should absolutely run), the new system might just save your life in case of a dino attack.

Unfortunately, though this product would be awesome to have on your desk, it isn’t actually for sale. *cries as I put away my money* When you go on ThinkGeek to buy the product, you’ll quickly realize it’s a joke — the “Buy Now” button will lead you to a “GOTCHA!” page complete with Salt Bae.

Though we hope you aren’t preparing for a dinosaur attack, the Jurassic World Dinosaur Detection System is a pretty great desk accessory and conversation starter. You could probably even DIY one if you really want a creative cup coaster.
