We all know Corinne Olympios. She was one of the many women competing for Nick Viall’s heart on Season 21 of The Bachelor. Corinne made it to the final four (with many memorable moments along the way) before being eliminated. Then she moved on to Bachelor in Paradise, where she was involved in a sexual misconduct investigation with fellow contestant DeMario Jackson.
But before she went to Paradise, Corinne returned home, and in March, multiple sources reported that she had reconnected with her ex-boyfriend and was engaged! Corinne denied the reports at the time, but she recently admitted that she was, in fact, engaged.
Speaking about her secret engagement, Corinne said, “A lot of people don’t know this. It was exactly a year ago. Literally yesterday I got engaged last year. I got home and he showed up at my house with a ring. I gave it back. I could never keep something like that.”
Corinne also discussed her current relationship status. Despite many rumors, she’s not dating DeMario. Instead she’s looking for a new boyfriend. When asked what she’s looking for in a partner, Corinne said, “I just want a guy that will check in with me even when he’s having a super busy day, [a guy with] a good job [who] has his shit together…and just [gives off] good vibes.” She further explained, “I don’t like people that are cocky. I have come across so many guys that are just way too into themselves and it is such a turn-off.”
Wow! Between selling her own merch and appearing on multiple reality shows, I don’t know how Corinne found the time to get engaged and then break off her engagement! It’s nice to know that she’s back out in the dating world and is looking for a serious relationship. I wish her all the best!
