“Connect With Women Who Connect the World” Provides Unique Opportunity for Women and Girls to Share Career Advice

Alongside communications gurus Katie Couric and Arianna Huffington, collegiettes have an opportunity to share the best advice they’ve ever received with the world on the New York Women in Communications website

As part of their “Connect With Women Who Connect the World” program, the organization has created a platform for females of all ages to share 25 seconds of advice with one another.

“This exciting interactive campaign will showcase women from multiple generations, from seasoned professionals to women just embarking on their careers,” according to the company’s April 9 press release. “The organization empowers women in all communications disciplines to reach their full potential by promoting their professional growth and inspiring them to achieve and share their successes.”

New York Women in Communications will release a montage of the video segments later this month at their Matrix Awards, where the organization will recognize award recipients Katie Couric and Arianna Huffington as well as Susan Lyne, Mary Lou Quinlan and Patrice Tanaka.

To submit a video to “Connect With Women Who Connect the World,” click here and find the “Record a Video” button. Collegiettes can either record a video directly on the website or upload one from their computer, but remember to keep it to 25 seconds!

New York Women in Communications hosts the recordings on VideoGenie where collegiettes can watch videos from girls like them or famous women in communications like the winners of the Matrix Awards.
