Bienvenido a Miami!

 

Hello from Miami Collegiettes™!

Unfortunately, this will be a short post, as I just boarded the boat today and need to go exploring. But, I will be back tomorrow to let you know how my first day of staving off cruise food temptations went.

Obviously airport food is not ideal for breakfast, but unfortunately due to my poor planning, my only option for breakfast was Dunkin Donuts…

But no need to worry, even in my less than fully awake state at 6 am(which is early even for a morning person like myself) I had the sound state of mind to avoid the donuts and grab an egg white flat bread instead.

 Once we got on the boat I was starving, so I warily approached the buffet to see if there were any healthy choices. I ended up having a hamburger patty (no bun!), fruit and some green beans. I think I did pretty well for my first day! I know dinner will be harder…and I heard through the grape vine there is an ice cream bar, but with my SELF Jump Start Diet plan in hand, I am determined to make healthy choices.

 

We are heading towards this beautiful place right now…just to make you all jealous
