And I’m back!

 

I’m back for the second time today! I figured since I neglected two posts I would double up today. Plus, I wanted to relay how I did with the SELF Jump Start Diet on my first day getting back in the swing of things at Wake.

Well, so far, so good. I had some yummy Kashi Go Lean Crisp cereal for breakfast and a Chai Tea Latte, Luna bar and banana for lunch. I had a granola bar as a snack and then grabbed a turkey sandwich from our food court on the run (literally since I was late for a meeting). Though shoving my sandwich in my face was not the most enjoyable way to eat dinner, it was necessary as I had about five minutes to eat dinner before I would be in meeting until after 9 o’clock. After my meetings were over I needed a little something else, so I munched on some grapes. So, like I said I think I started on the right foot today.
