Yesterday my mom, little sister, and I visited my older brother in Burlington, Vermont. He graduated from UVA this past year and has a job in Burlington this summer.
We started off the day with lunch at Halvorson’s Upstreet Cafe on Church Street – a street with lots of cool shops and restaurants that is pedestrian-only. Then we headed down to Lake Champlain just minutes away, and walked around by the water. It was gorgeous! Plus there are these great swings all along the water. Perfect for taking family pictures!
We spent the rest of the day relaxing on the front porch of his place, and got dinner at Three Tomatoes Trattoria (delicious pizza!).
