New York Start-Up Beauteeze Will Serve All Your Beauty Booking Needs

Overwhelmed by the amount of options for salons and spas in the New York area? Struggling to fit an appointment time into your very busy Manhattan schedule? Perhaps you are like me and have a hard time dialing the salon to be put on hold, only to then play the “when are they available when am I available” game with the increasingly impatient woman on the other end of the phone. All of these troubles can now be solved in one place, a New York start up called Beauteeze.

Poised to be the Open Table of beauty appointments, Beauteeze allows users to narrow their search according to desired service and location to find nearby salons and spas.  It has full profiles of all beauty centers featured on the website, complete with photos, contact information, ratings, schedule of hours, maps, and a full chart of services and prices, all in one place.

The website’s creation began little more than a year ago, founded by New Yorkers Abbi Ziff and Adi Turgeman, after Abby decided she wanted a more efficient way to schedule beauty appointments. Realizing that scheduling over the phone was both inefficient and outdated, she determined to bring the beauty booking process into the 20th century!

What are the upsides to using their new service? You can search for and check out new beauty centers near you. You are able to review open times slots and schedule your own appointment, even at the last-minute. Scheduling is done much more quickly, and at your own convenience—no being put on hold, and if you feel like setting up a highlighting appointment at 1 am as you are sitting in bed, you can do it right then. No waiting until morning. You can even view the availability of a specific professional; if Susan is the only one who can get your curls looking bouncy and your highlights golden, you can view every time she is open and match it up with your own schedule.

Perhaps one of the nicer touches on the website, however, is that for every appointment booked through their site, Beauteeze donates $0.50 to SHARE, a New York based charity that guides women through breast and ovarian cancer. So you can feel beautiful inside and out!

Surely it’s about time that beauty centers were brought together on one site with the same efficiency that has long been applied to restaurants and concert tickets. While still in its Beta phase, Beauteeze aims to do just that. After taking over the Big Apple, they have big plans to expand into other cities across the country.

Plus, what better time to check it out than this summer, when Beauteeze launches itself into society via a Summer Celebration Sweepstakes?

Time to treat yourself to a little TLC, and with Beauteeze’s new platform, treating yourself has never been easier!
