Tolu Agusto

Tolu is the Campus Correspondent and Senior Editor at Her Campus at the King's College London (KCL) chapter, overseeing all the articles that are published for this academic year.

Tolu is completing her final year at KCL, studying towards a BA International Relations degree. Last year, she was also the vice-captain of KCL's 1st netball team, where she represented the university in both the Macadam Cup and Varsity against University College London (UCL). This summer, Tolu worked as an intern for Unlocked Graduates, a charity that aims to reduce reoffending rates within the prison system by training top graduates to be prison officers. During this internship she consolidated her knowledge on the issues within the UK criminal justice system, which has motivated her to pursue further studies in this field. After graduating, she would love to work in a field that allows her to pursue her passion in social justice and making an impact on peoples’ lives.

Beyond Her Campus, Tolu's interests include sustainability, playing golf, discovering London's hidden gems, and watching reality TV (Love is Blind is a personal favourite!) She is always up for trying new things and going on new adventures, but is not one to shy away from a cozy weekend at home :)
