Riya Dhume

Namaste! Riya is a first-year student at Ashoka University. She is a member of the Media Team of Her Campus.
As a social worker, she pillars her person with communication, creativity, and exploration.
With a heavy appreciation for global connectivity, she loves to open dialogue and travel, binding herself with various cultures and wide horizons of opinions.
She aims to bridge communication to writing through my passion for poetry. Driven by awareness and observation, she writes of many troubling and simple aspects of life, as a former Global Generation participant.
She exhibits her creativity and exploration into acting( a lead actor in Disney's first licensed High School Musical Jr. production), dance, exploring new restaurants, and books, and brewing coffee.
