Ritu Baraddi is a dynamic individual currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Global Business with a concentration in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and minor in Finance at The University of Texas at Dallas. Ritu is driven by a desire to make a positive impact in the world of business and beyond.

With a diverse background in both business and volunteerism, Ritu brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to every endeavor she undertakes. From her role as a Business Development Consultant Intern at Sellside Group, where she honed her strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities, to her volunteer work at local dentistry clinics and community service organizations, where she cultivated empathy and communication skills, Ritu is adept at navigating complex challenges with poise and determination.

Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Ritu is a multifaceted individual with a wide range of interests and hobbies. An active member of clubs like UT Dallas DECA, UT Dallas Global Business Organization, and UT Dallas Global Mobility Club, she thrives in collaborative environments where she can exchange ideas and engage with like-minded peers. Outside of her studies and extracurricular activities, Ritu enjoys reading, watching movies & tv shows, trying new cuisines, and spending time with family and friends.
