Miranda Talusik

Hi! I am Miranda Talusik, a sophomore at San Francisco State University. I am currently a double major completing my major in Economics and Cinema. In the future, my goal is to become a producer or budget analyst for films. I am from Sacramento, California, and moved to San Francisco just last year for my first year at SFSU. I live on campus and love to explore the city in my free time. My favorite places to go to in the city are Mission Dolores Park, Chinatown, Hawk Hill, and Udon Mugizo.

When I am at home I love to hang out with my dogs, friends, and family. I also have a big passion for all kinds of dance. I grew up dancing in all genres but mainly focused on hip-hop, contemporary, and Ballet. I danced competitively for six years and still take some classes in the city now!

I graduated from Inderkum High School in May 2022. During this time I completed a dual enrollment program where I completed 25 units at American River College before graduating. Because of this, I was able to get most of my general ed classes out of the way, and as of my Fall 2023 semester at SFSU, I have completed 31 units.
