Melanie Rosendo

🌱Hello, my name is Melanie Rosendo and I attend SFSU! My hometown is Bakersfield, California, which is around four hours from the bay area. Without knowing anything, I want to travel the world and meet new people and visit new locations. There's so much to see and learn, so I'm excited for my new adventure of living in San Francisco, as well as how much I'll change during the course of my schooling.

I'm in my second year of college, but this is my first year at SFSU. My objective in studying criminal justice is to become a homicide detective or to work in the FBI in general. I aspire to make a difference in my community and assist in whatever manner I can. Aside from education, I have my own interests and hobbies.

Art is my greatest passion! Anything having do with art, such as sculpting, music, dancing, painting, and filmmaking. I enjoy anything that involves hands-on activities, so I try to make time for them. Another one of my interests is assisting animals. I enjoy animals and have some at home! My current favorite animals are capybaras and jellyfish; these are very fascinating creatures. That said, I hope to meet more people and enjoy everything San Francisco has to offer!
