Julia Madonick

I'm a double major in dance and psychology with an interest in how the body stores, releases, and heals from trauma. I have experience writing poetry as well as opinion pieces: I was honored with an Honorable Mention in the UCONN Student Writer's Contest my senior year of high school, and I submitted an op-ed to the New York Times about the irrelevancy of standardized tests. I love reading with a passion; my favorite genres to read include historical fiction, realistic fiction, sci-fi, and coming of age stories.
