Madison Clark is a first-year student at KU studying communications. She is a writer for the KU chapter of Her Campus. In her articles she focuses on world and local news and pop culture features. She Is committed to posting quality content that will keep readers updated on important news throughout our world.
Madison has experience writing as the editor-in-chief of the Pow Wow Newspaper of Bonner Springs High School. While being the editor, she oversaw all information and stories that were being published and advertised the student newspaper for her school. She has also written works that have appeared on the USD204 official website. Currently, she is working as a communications assistant for the History of Black Writing Department.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, music, and spending time with her family. Her favorite genres of books are historical fiction and classic literature. Beyond this, she is also passionate about all forms of writing, especially poetry. She enjoys watching reality tv, her favorite being Survivor. Her current favorite movie is Me Before You, which she watches frequently. She loves to be outdoors, often going on for long walks and studying in the park. She is very excited to be a member of Her Campus this year.
