Lydia Altamiranda

Hey everyone! My name is Lydia Altamiranda and I am currently a freshman at the University of Utah Honors College! I am majoring in Health, Society, and Policy. I am double minoring in Pediatric Clinical Research and also doing the Honors Integrated Minor in Health! I am a Bennion Scholar and am completing a Community Engagement Certificate! I am also on the pre-med and/or the pre-mdphd track!

One of my favorite hobbies is dancing! I am on a ballroom team, a Bolivian dance team, and go country dancing every week! Dancing is something that has impacted my life in so many ways! Music is also a really big part of my life, with 80's music being my favorite! I also like listening to Why Don't We, Taylor Swift, and Hamilton! I also love love love to read, and Harry Potter and Alex Rider are my favorite series!
