Lauren Somerville

Hi, my name is Lauren and I'm a senior at Loyola University Chicago studying English and Psychology. I plan to pursue a Master's degree in social work after I finish my undergraduate degrees. One day I would like to be able to help children work through their mental health struggles with therapy as a licensed psychotherapist. When I'm not studying or going to class, I enjoy reading Jane Austen novels, journaling about my day, reading new psychological research findings surrounding mental health techniques, and watching new movies with my friends! I try to find fun in everything I do, and I love learning about new things that I don't know a lot about!
