Lisa Moy

Lisa Moy is a senior at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is an English major with a focus in Creative Writing in Poetry and is currently studying for her Bachelor of Arts in English. She was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, and has loved the city ever since she began college. With a lack of mental stamina for maths and sciences, it is no wonder Lisa found her love in the expression of the written language. Her involvement began with the student newspaper on campus, where she received various experiences. She loves to read (which may seem nerdy) and write - which not only includes short stories and poetry, but extends to music as well. Lisa's enjoyment of bad movies and terrible puns can be explained by her easy-going nature that is easily entertained. She is excited to continue to follow her passion of writing and to see where it takes her.
