Kate is a staff writer for the opinion section at HerCampus Temple. She loves going to concerts, traveling, reading all sorts of novels, watching a variety of shows and movies, and talking about the media, music, and places she enjoys!
Beyond HerCampus, Kate is also involved in the Japanese Students Association, Hyphen Literary magazine, and last year, she enjoyed editing for the Grey Matters Neuroscience journal. She is currently a sophomore English major with a minor in Advertising.
In her free time, Kate can be found reading a science fiction or fantasy novel, watching and rewatching Greta Gerwig’s Little Women, or playing with her cat, Stormy. She’s hugely enthusiastic about dark chocolate, Shakespeare, Star Wars, art museums, Roronoa Zoro, oranges, and Olivie Blake novels.
