Emily Willeman

Emily Willeman is a rising junior at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Wash., located about an hour each way from Seattle and Vancouver, British Columbia. She is majoring in journalism with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in internet resource creation and management. Lengthy-titled minor, she knows, but it really just boils down to creating basic websites, professional development and technical writing. Previously, she's worked as an intern with a wedding planner in her hometown of Portland, Oregon, and as a writer for CollegeFashionista. Currently, she's working for various publications at her school -- including The Western Front and Klipsun magazine -- and as a tour guide for prospective students. She's also a web content and social media intern for a local nonprofit. Her favorite things in life are dogs, lipstick and cold weather (because of gigantic knit scarves and sweaters, warm drinks and that crisp autumn smell)!
